Spring is a fickle creature. This morning, I picked up my daffodils for my flower boxes and a sleeting rain was falling. I'm still wearing boots and it's April 5th!!

We got a taste of warm weather last week. I was fortunate enough to be treated to a Broadway play (Barefoot in the Park) where Amanda Peet wished me Happy Birthday-( I love meeting famous people, as hokey as it is!!) I got to shop- shop- shop at Tiffany's, Chanel and a myriad of other wonderful boutiques and was treated like royalty at Basilica's (thankyou, Freddie!) I'm a lucky girl.

The celebration continued the following weekend. Kim's husband's band Rugburn attracted quite a crowd at the Harbourside and there was no room on the dancefloor! If you get a chance, check out this new very talented band this summer. Click here for dates and details.

The weather's looking a little grim for the weekend, but that really shouldn't stop you from coming down for Daffodil Days. This is the time of year when shop- keepers clean house and offer up some wonderful markdowns and savings. Our phone's been ringing with customers wanting to know if they can get a preview of our Sidewalk Pajama Sale and the answer is "Yes!".
