Cinderella Pumpkins are so orange!
Were you wondering where I've been? Sorry you haven't heard from me, it's been one of those summers. Lots of fun and games as usual but now there's no denying it...fall is here. I love the change of seasons, but...Oh Autumn! You are my season! At last we can sport our fall jackets, tall boots, scarves, designer jeans..options never fall short for autumn wear.

Julie and Palmer of JW Graham wed on Sept. 10th
Could they look any happier?

My trip to New York last month proved to be filled with finds for the shop!
Wait 'til you see.Where do I begin?

Yoga and Pedi pants! Why didn't I think of that? They are the most comfortable and cute and functional bottoms- you have to feel them. Pretty colors as well. Now when you go get a pedicure- you don't have to cuff your pants. Genius.

Time to leave behind your beloved summer oils and edge into aromatic spices and fall berries. Check out Crabtree and Evelyn's Winter Apple Environmental Oil and Vanilla Truffle Room Spray.

Bella Beauty's Rollerball Eyeshadows
I met Bella Beauty founder Jennifer Maloy in New York. The September issue of Oprah had just hit the stands and featured a full page picture of her rollerball eyeshadows (only 7.50!) and her world was just beginning to set into a tailspin. I talked to her yesterday, and what a difference a month makes. Her company has tripled in business! She created this line because she was sick of having stacks of makeup and body products sitting in a drawer, unused. She developed a line of a few simple products that help women feel glamourous , without having to keep a massive inventory of beauty goods on hand. The price points are great.

ME! Bath, the brainchild of Lisa Nissanoff, helps consumers create a convenient, luxury spa environment in their own homes. The line was originally created by Lisa as part of her MBA Studies at Stanford University. ME! Bath Ice Cream is like a big scoop of your favorite flavored ice cream that turns into a large soda for your tub. When you emerge from your peaceful bath, your skin will feel and smell great! Take time for ME!

Foaming Caramel Cappuccino Hydrating Shower Syrup We absolutely love the smell of caramel! This richly lathering decadent shower syrup leaves skin moisturized, smooth, silky and delicious.

Marshmallow Cocoa Sinfully Rich Body Butter One of our best sellers, inspired by cold winter nights sipping warm cocoa topped with marshmallows. This is an ultra-hydrating body butter containing Cocoa Butter to leave skin soft and supple.

Best Feet Forward Chai Spice Latte Creme Our thick and rich miracle foot creme works harder than your feet do to make them look fabulous. Includes grape, kiwi, and honey extracts to help remove unwanted callouses. Exotically scented with spicy chai.

Sheepy Fleece Roves from Pine Cone Hill. They were flying off the shelves in 90 degree heat, imagine when the mercury drops!

New pajamas from Needham Lane- great prints in sizes small through extra large.

Since October is breast cancer awareness month, alot of my lines are offering products to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Heres a favorite, Karen Neuberger Slipper Sox.

Change is good, right?
Pet Peeves is soon to become Shaggy Chic. My friend Michelle is re-opening the business this Saturday. She says the store will be more of a pet boutique featuring clothing, collars and home decor. Of course she'll still offer the same great treats and toys. She and her hubby have been painting and renovating to get things ready. It so reminds me of the transition I went through buying this store, I'm jealous!! I'll let you all know when her grand re-opening party is. There's a great new little shop over the World Store called Villa Bella. They offer fine Italian ceramic from Deruta, Puglia, Sicily, Tuscany, and Umbria. Kane and Hawkins has changed hands and is now The Wickford Anchor. After twenty-five years in business Joe and Donna Dube have retired and sold Wickford Gourmet. The new owner Ugur (pronounced Orr, "like Bobby Orr" he says) Yilmuz and his wife Alison are very exited about their new venture. Over on the warf near Midnight Sun is a new shop called American Bay Outfitters. They carry RI,Wickford and official NFL, MLB clothing and accessories along with jewelry and more. It's a great place to get a gift for that guy that loves his Red Sox.
