Construction of the new sidewalks has concluded!! We've survived! Wickford is in full bloom and traffic is moving!! Thanks for your patience.
The fourth of July is upon us. What will you do to celebrate Independence Day? A cookout with friends and family? Take in a parade or fireworks? This year I'm staying close to home, no set plans. I'll get caught up on weeding and reading and lay in my hammock--go to the beach with my girlfriends and chill on the porch. That's what summer is to me.
Around town, there's plenty to keep you busy this month!
Time for the Summer & Family Concert Series' to get underway! Concerts are sponsored by the North Kingstown Arts Council. Summer Concerts are held behind at Water's Edge, (behind Wilson's of Wickford) and start at 7:00. The Family Concerts are held at the bandstand at the NK Town Beach and start at 6:00pm. Donations are welcome. In case of rain the venues will switch to NKHS.
